You control the knowledge base. At /profile/rag, you select which Custom Post Types and taxonomy terms to index. The pipeline harvests your posts and ACF fields, converts them to searchable text, and stores them in a vector database. When visitors ask questions, the chatbot retrieves the most relevant content and answers with a direct citation to the source post — no hallucination, no guessing outside your knowledge base.

Embedding is a single WordPress shortcode. The HiFi-WP plugin handles authentication. Standard accounts get a ready-to-use widget hosted at chat.hifibots.com. Pro accounts get a custom subdomain. Premium accounts can run the widget on their own domain entirely.
